Wheelbarrow units for comfortably handling in-row cultivation
Because the spray systems in the MANKAR®-Roll group are pushed like wheelbarrows, they are very nicely suited to handling large areas of in-row cultivation, for example, as well as pathways and plazas with water-bound surfaces.
Up-slope and down-slope gradients are no problem thanks to the low unit weights from 12.5 to 22.0 kg (incl. herbicide, depending on the spray hood size and pump drive). Spray widths are available from 45 to 110 cm. Depending on the spray hood, the spray widths are either predetermined, are manually adjustable within a specific range or are adapted automatically upon contact with obstacles.
There are three essential distinguishing features - besides the spray hood variants - between the different models:
Herbicide metering:
Alternative metering methods are available via a wheel-driven pump or an electric-driven pump.
Wheel size:
The spray systems have either a 400 mm or a 560 mm wheel.
Spray hood position:
On most models, the spray hoods is centred, although several models also have lateral extension arms.

The spray hood on this unit is manually adjustable from 70 to 110 cm (28-44") and is deployed primarily for in-row cultivations, as well as for pathways and plazas with water-bound surfaces. |

This unit has a manually adjustable spray hood from 70 to 110 cm (28-44") and is deployed primarily for in-row cultivations on rough terrain and / or on deep, soft ground. |

Spray width: 30-50 cm.
The metal spray hood on this model is more sturdy than the plastic spray hoods. |
|
Spray width: 60-80 cm.
The spray hood on this unit is manually adjustable from 60 to 80 cm (24-31") and is deployed primarily for in-row cultivations. |

Spray width: 2 x 45 cm.
This model is outfitted with outrigger arms on the left and right sides, which can be extended independently of each other to a total width of 140 cm (56"). |

Spray width: 70-110 cm.
The pump on this model is wheel-driven, resulting in a uniform metering per unit of surface area. |

Spray width: 50 cm.
The Mankar-E 50 Select ULV is outfitted with a plastic spray hood with a fixed spray width of 50 cm (20"), which is suited to the treatment of borders, for example, along pathways with water-bound surfaces. |

Spray width: 30-50 cm.
This large wheel model has a metal spray hood, which is sturdier than the plastic spray hoods. |

Spray width: 60-80 cm.
This unit has a manually adjustable spray hood from 60 to 80 cm (24-31") and is deployed primarily for in-row cultivations on rough terrain and / or on deep, soft ground. |

Spray width: 60-120 cm. FLEX
The Unima-E 60-120 FLEX is a unit for mounting onto single-axle applicators and for front-mounting on tractors with a spray width of 60 to 120 cm (24-48"). |
