Rear-mounted models: FLEXOMANT

The Flexomant line has pumps driven by the wheels. There are two main benefits to this: you do not have to drive a specific speed as the pump will spray more or less depending on how fast the wheel is rotating. Secondly, the wheels are mounted on a trapezoid to keep the sprayhead at a constant height relative to the ground. The electric atomizers are run off of the tractor's electrical system, or alternatively we can provide a separate powering solution.

The Mankar Flexomant-1 (MDB10) has one sprayhead and spraycap mounted with a spring, so if you drive too close to an obstacle such as a tree, vine, fence, or building it will simply roll off of the obstacle. Secondly, the tire mounted on the edge gives added protection as the air in the tire softens the impact and the tire spins freely to make sure the unit doesn't damage your plant material.

The Mankar Flexomant-2 (MDB20) has the same features as the MDB10, but with two sprayheads and two wheels. You can adjust the width of the machine to your row width, halving your spraying time!

The Mankar Flexomant-3 (MDB30) adds a 50 cm. sprayhead to the centre of the MDB20, for use in narrow rows where you want to control all the weeds.

The Mankar Flexomant-Plus (MDB50) has the two spring-loaded heads like the MDB20, but then adds two 45 cm. heads just to the inside of those. This is to spray a little wider than with just one head, and also to spray a nice straight line.

Trailer models: TRAMUS

These trailer models also run off of a wheel pump, meaing you can drive variable speeds but achieve the same coverage. These machines are well-suited for selective herbicide application on lawns and golf courses due to their low weight and severe reduction in drift. They are also used on gravel paths with glyphosate products.

The Mankar Trama 330 is the ideal solution for weed control on uneven ground. The heads all work independently, so they will all stay close to the ground (to control drift) even if you are driving on an angle.

Front- and rear-mounted models: VARIMANT

Mankar Varimant sprayers have a pump driven by an electric motor. Due to this the machines have a very small footprint, making them ideal for front- or even side-mounting. The Varimant and Flexomant models are all available with two types of sprayheads - the lightwieght all-plastic head, or the reinforced head with an air tire.

The Mankar Varimant-1 (MDFB10) gives you the ability to spray along a row of trees, vines, a fenceline, or buildings without needing to worry about damaging anything. If you drive too close to what you are spraying around the spring in the spray arm will simply give way, allowing you the best opportunity to get as close as you can with a larger margin of error.
