Here are some examples of Mankar custom sprayers that we have manufactured here in North America for our customers.
Mankar products have a number of advantages when it comes to customization. First of all, since each machine uses the same atomizer, the systems are basically modular. We can take a spraycap from one machine and easily mount it on another. Secondly, since the units are so small and lightweight (including the tiny tanks!) it is a simple matter to mount Mankar sprayers onto a machine you already have. Imagine, for example, cultivating and spraying at the same time - cutting your labour in half!
Below you can find a few examples of customizations we have done recently. Note that the list is not exhaustive - let us know what you have in mind and I'm sure we can work together to make it happen!

Spray width: 40 cm.
By utilizing an electric actuator, we are able to mount a Varimant sprayer on the front of small tractors, or the front or rear of ATVs. |

Spray width: 2x 40 cm.
This Flexomant had special brackets constructed to face the sprayhoods inwards , so that with a larger tractor the operator can straddle the raised bed of strawberry plants and the sprayhoods can roll along the edge of the raised bed. |

Spray width: 110-150 cm.
This custom machine was made to order for a customer looking to be able to spray up to 150 cm (5 feet) in one pass. |

Spray width: 80 cm.
This customer had an existing grape hoe, and wanted to use the existing height adjustment and placement for spraying as well. |
|
Spray width: 1x 70-110 cm and 2x 50 cm.
This Trama multi-row sprayer has 2x 50 cm (20 inch) heads on the outside, and one 70-110 cm (28-44 inch) head in the center. |
